Maintenance
We recommend just a light sweep with a soft brush for the first three months and after that a daily sweep, always in the direction of the pile, and a weekly vacuum.
Cleaning
We recommend a deep clean at least once a year using neutral detergents, preferably with a dry foam. Do not use benzene, liquid ammonia or soap or any other alkaline detergents.
If the carpet is stained, remove as much of the unabsorbed liquid as possible. Use an absorbent cotton cloth under the rug.
Storage
To store the carpet, once it is clean and dry, it is best to cover it with a sheet or cotton fabric, roll it up as compactly as possible and wrap it in a plastic bag. Store in a dry, dark place.

You have 14 days after you receive your rug to let us know if you need to return it. Write to us at info@atticgo.com indicating the reason and we will take care of the rest. Returns are free for mainland Spain.
