Returns and exchanges policy
Steps to follow if you want to return your order:
- Write to us at info@atticgo.com (within a maximum period of 15 days from when you receive your order) explaining the reason and indicating the order number. Important: you must write RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject of your email.
- Prepare your package, wrap your rug properly and have it ready for collection. We will take care of arranging the collection with our courier company. We will cover the costs of the return.
- If we receive the rug in perfect condition, we’ll proceed with the refund or the exchange for another product, depending on what the customer has requested.
