We cannot accept exchanges or returns for custom-made rugs, as they are personalized products. If your rug has a defect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
If you're still unsure about what color or style of custom rug to buy, we can send you a sample pack so you can compare and choose the rug that best fits your home. Just tell us the quality name, design, and color. For example: Aura Plain White.
